Nsikan Efo is the Founder and Lead Consultant at Sequire Consulting, where she partners with African businesses to clarify vision, shape strategy, and execute solutions that drive meaningful transformation. A strategy consultant and legal practitioner, she brings a distinctive blend of strategic insight, legal expertise, and Spirit led guidance to organisations navigating growth, restructuring, or operational complexity.

She began her career at Olaniwun Ajayi LP, advising on high value corporate transactions across multiple sectors and building a strong foundation in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and corporate advisory. Her experience spans both established organisations and emerging enterprises, supporting leaders through strategic planning, organisational design, process optimisation, funding advisory, and hands on implementation.

Through Sequire, Nsikan leads a firm committed to transforming African businesses of all sizes — from founders shaping new ventures to established organisations pursuing clarity, structure, and long term stability. Her work is driven by a deep belief in Africa’s potential and a mandate to contribute to the continent’s economic renewal through clarity, excellence, and purpose aligned strategy.

Alongside her consulting practice, Nsikan is also a musician and podcaster under the name Nsikan Abasi, creating faith rooted content focused on healing and emotional restoration.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Leeds and graduated with First Class Honours from the Nigerian Law School.
